Introduction:
My wife Carol and I live on the outskirts of Christchurch, New Zealand with the workshop alongside the house. I design and make any type and style of free standing furniture in the timber and finish of the clients choice.

Backround:

Born in Bradford, brought up in North Lincolnshire I joined the Royal Navy and became an Aircraft Engineer. Leaving the Fleet Air Arm in 1978 I worked in Iran before attending Aeronautical School in America. I then travelled to New Zealand and worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Christchurch until 1984. At this time I changed to woodworking and have been self employed, making furniture ever since, and even though the earthquakes have devastated Christchurch, I am still operating.

Furniture:

Attached are a few photographs of the pieces I have made. As you can see I make all styles and I have made everything from jewellery boxes to dining suites, boardroom tables etc. I use mainly solid wood and utilise traditional as well as modern techniques to produce the highest quality.
